Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances can affect how you cancel or reschedule your photo session. To help ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
1. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.
2. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a discount code equivalent to the amount booked and used for rescheduling the appointment.
3. If a client cancels an appointment with more than 72 hours' notice, a new appointment can be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
4. Late arrival: Please notify us prior to your shoot if you plan on being late. However, we will only be able to accommodate for the time booked. If you arrive late and the session cannot be extended, you will be charged the full session rate.
